Michael Merth was professional, knowledgeable and outstanding to work with. He went through every question we had about systems and parts and the process. I felt like he had been doing HVAC for a lifetime. He’s the one you want out to point out everything and explain in as little or great detail as you want and isn’t just giving you BS. He was personable and even played football with my kid as I listened to another employee talking about system plans! Super happy to have joined with them for maintenance and renewal of our system!

Luis Lopez! Gave me the most thorough electrical inspection i've ever had. Also his approach in service to a customer is efficient caring diligent and intentional . He covered not only my entire system wiring outlets in and outside and circuit panels and main panel outside meter wiring. Oh man everything. This realy assured my safety and also pointed out my priorities of repair. He was kind and demonstated care and integrity and presented me with a thorough package for decision making. I feel safer knowing what is needed and what is primary and understanding more about electricity so that I can make informed financial decisions about my home and prioritize my safety and efficiency . Luis Lopez is with GenZ-Ryan and I accidentally found them but they have been in the business for over 50 years ! And they cover all systems internally no contractors .
