Had a furnace fan noise issue so I reached out to Genz-Ryan to have the issue looked into, got on the schedule for the next day, and Joe L came out to look and hear my issue, first I have to say, the office reached out in the morning to let me know I was on the list for the afternoon, later I got a text saying Joe L would be coming and also included his picture, shortly after Joe called to let me know it would be around 4p and would that still work? Heck yes it would! He arrived, introduced himself, i explained the issue, he did some research and found it was a damper issue, he did some adjustments and it made a difference, he showed me where the damper was and how to adjust it if it happens again, I always enjoy it when people are willing to share how they fixed it, and it is something I can do if it happens again. What a great experience this was and I learned something about my furnace Thanks Joe L and thanks Genz-Ryan!
