• Air Conditioner/Heat Pump: If the compressor fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE. Ask your Genz-Ryan comfort consultant for details.

5-Year Money Back Guarantee
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to five (5) years after installation, Genz-Ryan will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.

If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to five (5) years after installation, Genz-Ryan will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue.
